Andrew’s and Big Boy Customer Pick-up Zones

Domestic

Upon your return and ONLY AFTER collecting your luggage and walking to the Pick Up Zone below, please press the PICK UP button or call us on (07) 3268 4222 to be collected by our next available courtesy shuttle.

The pick up zone at Brisbane Airport - Domestic is accessed via the Skywalk. Please access the Skywalk via the lift or travelator immediately outside the domestic terminal. Cross the skywalk and take the lift or travelator down to the right hand side ground level. There are bus shelters here, where you can wait for collection.

International

The pick up zone at Brisbane Airport - International is to the left hand side end of the terminal upon moving from customs to the Arrivals Hall. Exit the Arrival Hall under the Coach Departure sign, proceed down the ramp and follow signs to Zone 3.
